Coconut Joins Wefunder Ahead of Funding Rounds, Begins Accepting Reservations
Coconut, LLC has joined the Wefunder investment platform ahead of its upcoming funding rounds and has begun accepting investor reservations while legal paperwork is being filed.
TWIN CITIES, MN — Coconut, LLC ("Coconut"), the integrated commerce, communications, and travel platform headquartered in the Twin Cities, today announced it has joined the Wefunder investment platform ahead of its upcoming priced funding rounds. Effective immediately, Coconut is accepting non-binding investor reservations through Wefunder while company counsel finalizes Form D, subscription agreements, and other required filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and applicable state regulators.
Reservations made during this pre-launch period are non-binding indications of interest and do not constitute a commitment to invest, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. No money or other consideration is being solicited and, if sent in response to this notice, will not be accepted. Any offer to invest will be made only through definitive offering materials filed with the appropriate regulators.
