Billing, autopay, and managing your account

All Coconut Wireless plans bill monthly. Autopay is on by default and can be paid by card, bank, or Coconut Pay balance.

Sign in → Account → Billing. Changes apply to the next cycle. You'll get an email receipt every month.

Pause your line for up to 90 days at no cost. To cancel, head to Account → Lines → Cancel line. We never charge cancellation fees.
