Activating your eSIM
Go from sign‑up to dial tone in under five minutes.
- — Open your activation email on a separate device
- — On your phone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
- — Scan the QR code in the email
- — Label the line 'Coconut' and set it as your primary
- — Wait for the network indicator — usually 30–90 seconds
If your phone doesn't support eSIM, request a physical SIM during checkout. We'll mail it free, or you can pick one up at any Coconut location.
