Membership tiers overview
Basic, Gold, Platinum, Titanium, Black, Pearl — how tiers work.
Membership is separate from the physical look of the Coconut Card. The card may be white or another finish; the membership level is Basic or a higher named tier.
Each tier packages benefits across Pay, travel, dining, and other services. Compare tiers on the Membership page before you upgrade.
Upgrades may require verification or an invitation depending on the tier and region.
