Information Technology
Builds the internal platforms Coconut runs on; identity (Entra plus Coconut Authenticator), endpoint management, infrastructure, and the internal tools every other department depends on.
Legal
Corporate, commercial, product, privacy, employment, and regulatory counsel. Supports M&A, licensing, and the compliance programs behind Pay, Wireless, and TV.
Public Relations
Press, executive communications, and brand voice. Owns launch narratives, crisis response, and the newsroom that publishes corporate, product, and service updates.
Security
Physical security, product security, and cybersecurity across the group; including the SOC, red team, incident response, and the identity controls that gate associate access.
International
Regional operations and market expansion outside the U.S. Localizes products, negotiates carrier and payment partnerships, and runs in-country associate teams.
Workforce Development
Coconut's training and enablement arm. Certifies associates on every product line and delivers the same curriculum to Coconut for Business customers who want to upskill their staff.
