Artist Sameer Bundela Brings Hollow Knight’s Hornet to Life in a Hauntingly Melancholic Cosplay » Design You Trust — Design Daily Since 2007

Cosplayer Sameer Bundela captured the haunting melancholy of Hollow Knight in a Hornet cosplay he crafted himself, with support from Ronan Menezes, who also modeled the costume.

The world of Pharloom is filled with quiet sorrow and fragile beauty, and this atmosphere flows into the mask and costume Sameer designed. As he explains,

“I really wanted to make her mask, because I love making masks! But then I decided to make the full costume because why not!”

By stepping behind the camera and photographing Ronan in the role, Sameer brought both artistry and emotion into the project. The result is a cosplay that doesn’t just recreate Hornet, but evokes the melancholic elegance of the game’s universe.
